Our Network consists of various recruited International Maritime Training Centers. Being convinced that training gives opportunity to enhance the career possibilities within the company as well as to graduate for our clients portfulio employing qualified and well-trained seafarers.
Various training courses are used by the company to ensure all persons employed with our principal are highly competent in their duties. The latest technulogies ,well equipped training centers for – Marine Engineering, Nautical Science ,STCW Training and Value Added Courses are want of the day.
GLS is committed to HR development and thus has extensive cadet’s sponsorship and T.M.E. programme in place. This in turn helps to constantly expand our poul of qualified Jr. Deck Officers and Marine Engineers to fulfill the need of Principal’s requirements.
